February may have only been a short month but a lot has happened…
So far we have been able to secured 6 big contracts, 4 of which are for main contractors Stepnell and GF Tomlinson.
First of the projects is a full office conversation in Nottingham City Centre. We are currently undertaking works to convert 2 shops into 1 big office for our client which we previously had an maintainace contract with, Tanners Estate Agents.
Another project which we have successfully secured is a Joinery Labour Only package in Leicester for Main Contractor, Stepnell. The estimated value of this project is £41k.
One project for GF Tomlinson, which we are currently on site for is a new SIG Branch in Sheffield. The project is likely to take around 2 weeks to complete our package.
The other 2 projects are based locally to us in Nottingham and Derby. NTU Confetti for Stepnell and Akaal Primary School for GF Tomlinson.
The last project which we had secured last week is further afield in Edinburgh, for a New Branch fit out for Thrifty Car and Van Hire.
