Overview: As main contractor we were appointed to carry out full refurbishment of unit 5a and 5b of Vermont House in Ruddington. This full refurbishment included a full rewire of the garages, a new ceiling tile grid and ceiling tiles to both the upstairs and downstairs offices, new flooring, new skirtings, new kitchens and bathrooms, installation of doors and full redecoration to the industrial building. Our program allocated 12 weeks with weekly site visits from our client and our own on-site supervisor to ensure that the site would be ready for hand over. We delivered this project on time and within our client’s budget.

Overview: We were awarded this project as main contractor to rip out and refit 2 office units in Leicester for our Client CS2. The scope of works included Plumbing works carried out by our Gas Safe Registered Plumber, Electrical installation and testing carried out by our certified Electrician, Joinery carried out by our Joiners both internally and externally, new flooring, new ceiling tiles and a complete redecoration by our Decorators.

Overview: This project was to supply Joinery Labour to the main contractor Stepnell to complete all aspects of Joinery, this included but was not limited to fitting the door sets to three floors worth of bedrooms, skirtings, architraves, bespoke theatre seating in the communal theatre room, fitting out communal areas and bespoke wooden paneling in the entrance, fitting bespoke racking and fitting fixtures. We worked alongside the main contractor to ensure the program was being adhered too and finished on time. The new student accommodation was ready to go at the end of October for Students to move in.

Overview: We were awarded the contract from main contractor Stepnell to supply Joinery labour for the Percy Gee Building at Leicester University. The stunning new extension to the east wing of the building will provide the students with a new food court, alternative facilities and multi-use spaces.
This project had been extended due to several additional variations and the COVID-19 outbreak, but we have been able to accommodate to them effectively and efficiently to ensure the Joinery was completed to a high standard and ready for Students to enjoy!

Overview: As the main contractors appointed to carry out this bespoke project we were thrilled! We were awarded the complete build and fit out project of a prestigious new Restaurant, Bar and Grill in Nottingham City Centre. The contract involved working with the designer from conception to launch, ensuring that the vision and design integrity was maintained throughout. We made the fittings, seating and fixtures bespoke and on site to fit the vision of the designer and the owners of the site equating to a show stopping project, finished on time, within the budget and to an exceptional standard.
The venue launched on the 1st of April and was opened by international boxing legend Carl Froch.

Overview: For the duration of this project for main contractor Stepnell we supplied Joinery labour for the duration of their internal fit out. The scope of works were a refurbishment of a teaching and research space at Oxford Brookes University. We have worked collaboratively throughout this project with all other trades to ensure the tight timeline was adhered too, this consisted of 4 Phases each taking around six to eight weeks to complete.

Overview: As the main contractor we were awarded this project at Thrifty Car and Van Hire in Leeds. The scope of works were to fit out a single storey cabin to make a welcoming office, including bespoke countertops and internal finishes. We fit out the new branch during a 9 week program, delivered on time and well within budget.
