We offer internal and external maintenance packages to a range of clients. Our most popular service is our Gardening, Guttering and Aco drain maintenance. We offer this service on a monthly, bimonthly or biannual basis, we have dedicated operatives who carry out these services to the highest standard as we know business premises like to look clean and tidy.
We assist many Chartered Surveyors with the maintenance of their managed properties where the work is extremely varied and ranges from leaking taps, to leaking roofs, to broken slabs that need replacing or fire doors that need to be replaced to keep up with current legislation. We also offer end of tenancy checks including student accommodations. We can provide a full assessment of each room and any/all communal areas with a written report for each accompanied by images.
