Client: Unknown Design/Mazzon Leisure Ltd
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Contract Dates: October 2015 – March 2016 (Complete)
Overview: Full Build and fit out of a prestigious new Restaurant, Bar and Grill in Nottingham City Centre. The contract involved working extremely closely with the designer from conception to launch. Ensuring that the vision and design integrity was maintained throughout – culminating in a show stopping project finished on time within the budget and to an exceptional standard.
Challenges were encountered due to the site location and proximity to dwellings; which were managed sensitively. Many of the shop fittings were bespoke and built on site.
